He was born in Rosario on August 24, 1921. During his primary and secondary studies he was the best bachelor who has completed all of his secondary school studies and the management of the school justifies the exceptional value of this student, who since 1st year degree until the 5th national year obtained for 11 years, honor award. He began his studies at the Faculty of Medicine of Rosario where he received his medical degree on April 9, 1945, doing the specialty of neurosurgery. He completed advanced studies at the Central Institute of Neurosurgery and Neuropathology in Chile. In May 1956 he was appointed emeritus member of the Argentine Association of Surgery. He was Head of the Neurology and Neurosurgery Service of the Marcelino Freire Hospital until his transfer to PAMI and Head of the Neurology and Neurosurgery Service of the Spanish Hospital of Rosario from 1977 until his retirement. A great executor of projects, his performance as head of the deanship of the Faculty of Medical Sciences was characterized by his dynamism and efficient administrative management. Within this, in 1975 he promoted the idea of ​​a foundation that supported the teaching, healthcare and scientific activities of the house of higher studies, which took shape in April 1977. He died on May 30, 2011 in our city.
