Sr. Federico Boglione
He was born in Rosario in 1941 and died on September 2, 2008 in the same city. Entrepreneur who from a young age assumed the responsibility of running the Santa Clara factory, a family business that produces the well-known Patito oil. In the 1980s, he held the second vice-presidency and the presidency of the Chamber of the Oil Industry of the Argentine Republic (CIARA). He was part of the board of directors of the Sociedad Rural de Rosario. He was the founder of Santa Sylvina, a balanced food factory and the company to produce powdered milk, La Sibila. At the Rosario Stock Exchange he was president in three periods: 1988-1989, 2001-2003 and 2003-2005.
