In this event, the Rafael award and distinctions were awarded to personalities from different fields. The Rafael award is a recognition that our Foundation will give annually, its foundations are: - Being a doctor or health professional. - To have stood out in his professional career for his ethical, healthcare or teaching attitude or to carry out or have carried out research that has contributed to the advancement of medical knowledge. - Carry out or have carried out solidarity tasks for the benefit of the community or influence social improvement with their conduct.

- Have made donations or provided support for the best performance of the functions carried out by the Rosario Medical Sciences Foundation, Prof. Dr. Rafael Pineda, allowing him to meet his objectives.

The distinctions are a recognition that is delivered annually and its foundations are:

- Outstanding personalities of the community both in the Sciences and in the Arts and Culture.

- Have made donations, promotion or provided support for the best performance of the functions performed by the Rosario Medical Sciences Foundation, “Prof. Dr. Rafael Pineda ”, allowing him to fulfill his objectives.
